Abs for Dancers, Why and How

Expect to learn a wide variety of abdominal exercises that will relate to breath, posture, stability, and will prioritise well balanced full body movement. Exercises that translate well to dancing, and are helpful to support full movement of the spine.

In these workshops you will learn these series of uncomplicated exercises that build up from low impact to more intense levels. The series on the mat will offer you many variations of exercises, and  on the equipment many will be full body oriented. 

These workshops are created with dancers and dance teachers in mind. Participants from different movement backgrounds are welcome too.

The workshops are held April 20th at About Moving, Keizersgracht 74, Amsterdam.

11.00-13.45  Mat en props
14.30-17.15  Pilates Equipment

Costs:
€125,00 one workshop
€230,00 both workshops.
