At Leila’s Pilates Studio, you’ll discover an extensive range of beautifully crafted, state-of-the-art Balanced Body equipment, including a Reformer, inspired by the original designs of Joseph Pilates.
Training with this specialized equipment accelerates your learning process and deepens your body awareness in ways you may not expect. Using a system of adjustable weighted springs, the equipment allows you to explore your full movement potential while developing control across a greater range of motion.
Mat-based exercises without equipment help you translate these skills into functional, everyday movement.
