Yet how people carry them\u00adselves on the feet will be of signif\u00adi\u00adcant influ\u00adence on how they align the rest of their bodies, and vice versa. The place\u00adment of the pelvis on the legs, the length\u00adening of the central axis, the balancing of the head on the spine, it will all be reflected in the way we stand on our feet. A dropped arch in the foot can often be influ\u00adenced by simply length\u00adening the central axis.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Raising the foot-aware\u00adness of the client can prove to make huge differ\u00adences in how they carry them\u00adselves through life. Exer\u00adcise with one foot first, and let them stand, walk, balance, and expe\u00adri\u00adence the differ\u00adence. <\/p>\n\n<p>While working with the feel the use of pops proofs to be very helpful. I have a range of different balls, theP\u00adi\u00adlates foot corrector, toe corrector, elastic bands, and the Mini\u2019s. Working with the Mini\u2019s you have a playful tool, that will wake up the senses and increase the sensi\u00adtivity towards stance and balance. Balance is very impor\u00adtant for your clients, espe\u00adcially as they age. A poor balance can lead to many prob\u00adlems, and life-impacting injuries (a broken hip!). In every class there should be some balancing exer\u00adcises.
