Expect to learn a wide variety of abdom\u00adinal exer\u00adcises that will relate to breath, posture, stability, and will priori\u00adtise well balanced full body move\u00adment. Exer\u00adcises that trans\u00adlate well to dancing, and are helpful to support full move\u00adment of the spine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In these work\u00adshops you will learn these series of uncom\u00adpli\u00adcated exer\u00adcises that build up from low impact to more intense levels. The series on the mat will offer you many vari\u00ada\u00adtions of exer\u00adcises, and  on the equip\u00adment many will be full body oriented. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These work\u00adshops are created with dancers and dance teachers in mind. Partic\u00adi\u00adpants from different move\u00adment back\u00adgrounds are welcome too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshops are held April 20th<\/sup><\/strong> at About Moving, Keizersgracht 74, Amsterdam. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
